Payment and Cancellation Policy

I accept Anthem BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna and am an out of network provider with most insurance companies.  Upon your request, you will be provided with a monthly invoice which you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.  Please be aware that not all insurance providers offer out-of-network benefits.  This is something you should clarify with your carrier if you intend to submit for out-of-network reimbursement.

Session fees are paid in cash or check at the start of each session.
There is a 48 hour cancellation policy, otherwise you are responsible for the full session fee.
